CBI’s Forum on Tracking State Laws and Aggregate Spend

John Patrick Oroho, Executive Vice President, and Garineh Dovletian, Director of Quality Control, Porzio Pharmaceutical Services, will speak at CBI’s Forum on Tracking State Laws and Aggregate Spend on September 10, 2007 in Washington, DC.

Their presentation, entitled “State Legislation and Enforcement Initiatives,” will discuss the latest on state marketing disclosure laws and enforcement. A growing number of state legislatures are enacting laws, and each has a unique take on various marketing, advertising and sales activities within the industry. Difficulties lie in the number of varying requirements that are specific to each state, as well as the language in which laws are written that makes it hard to decipher what information companies need to report. In this session, the updates on state marketing disclosure laws, specifically those dealing with aggregating physician spend will be presented.
